Team Charlotte
is a fundraising effort to support Mr.
and Mrs. James Craig (Charlotte's parents), Master Jimmy Kim (Taekwondo
Master and JKTC Coach) and Mr. John Reed (JKTC Coach) who will be
traveling to Beijing in August to support Charlotte in her Olympic
moment.
Thank you for
purchasing Team
Charlotte t-shirts
and for making generous donations to the Team Charlotte
fund. We anticipate reaching our
fundraising goal of $4,000.00 by the end of this month. All proceeds, minus the cost of
production, will go directly to support the group trip. |

Charlotte Party Saturday, July
19th Join
us for a special celebration on Saturday, July 19th at Jimmy Kim's
Taekwondo Center to wish Charlotte well before she takes her leave for
Singapore. Charlotte will be flying up to San Francisco on July 24th
to join the U.S. Taekwondo Team before heading to Singapore for
training. The U.S Taekwondo Team will then travel to Beijing for the
Olympic Games. Let's show our full
support for Charlotte and send her off to the Olympics with our very best
wishes. Remember to wear
your Team

Purple belt & lower |
If you are a Junior (11 years & younger) and
a Purple Belt Rank or lower, then you must have four qualification stripes in order to be
eligible to take the belt test this quarter. |

Seniors (Teens/Adults),
all belt levels |
Seniors (Teens 12 years & older and Adults)
at any belt level must have the qualification stripe for Poomse in order to
be eligible to take the belt test. |

NO REGULAR TAEKWONDO CLASSES on August 13th, 14th and 15th due to the belt
promotion tests scheduled
above. Please note that the testing time for PURPLE belts has been

This program prepares competition-oriented juniors for
higher levels of competition.
Juniors (11 years old and younger)
must be at least yellow belt level or higher. Additional
fee applies.

Special Summer Promo

| Try Taekwondo this summer! JKTC is offering a
Summer Special to all new students who are interested in trying
Taekwondo. The trial period is July 7th to August 7th and students
are limited to two classes per week. The cost for this Summer
Special is $99 per student. Uniforms may be purchased for $30.
Registration fee will be waived for this special offer.
JKTC students, encourage your family and friends to
train to be their best.
Refer family and friends who may be interested in
this special summer training opportunity. |
